They call and they know you have to answer because it may be a family member in need i hardly look at the number when my phone rings i just assume its one of the kids calling me ,I cant turn the phone off when i need sleep because that will keep me awake thinking are the kids OK,,, I thought this was a form of harassment if its not illegal yet who do we call every day and complain if we all call the phone companies and tie up there line's they will do something about it i'm sure

They call me 2-3 times a day now and you can't call the number back. I haven't answered yet. When I was younger I lasted as a telemarketer for 2 weeks, and the only thing positive about that experience is that I learned it is illegal to call someone and not tell them who you are or to call so many times in one day. What we can do about this? Probably nothing. Grrrr

I received a call in August 2011 from 00000 and it scared me so I did not open it until October. Once I listened to the message a foreign accent (could be Nigerian or African). It stated the name of friend that had commented fraud and I was somehow involved. They were going to court in California and I needed to contact them immediately.
I called my friend and she said she got a call implicating her. She talked to the FBI and they told her to go to the police. We went to the police together and they were not able to do anything.
I went to AT & T store and they said I needed to contact customer service. The customer service said they can't do anything with the #0000000000 - somehow it is protected by law that it can't be blocked. They offered to give me a new phone # at no charge.
They told me to just answer the phone and find out what they wanted. I did that and they hung up on me and have been calling me from 5 to 20 times a day since. They stopped for about a week so I thought it was over. Then it started again and is escalating every day. I also get calls from all over the country that are scams and I don't answer them. I gave it a special ring so that I don't kill myself trying to run & answer the scam caller. I don't want a new phone # but I think that is the only solution. anyone else have this issue? HELP
(Every time I replayed the 00000 message to let police or someone hear it ....the calls increased) HELP

They call me 3 to 4 times a day for over 2 months now. it is getting old and lm getting irritating. I'm with Bell.

I investigated with my provider and the call is a telemarketing call from Telus. If u are getting that call, contact your provider and have them block the call

This number has called me many times. I've seen other sources say its RBC but I can confidently say it isn't. I have an account there however I have never in my life told them my number for my cellphone. I am sick of these calls that interrupt my daily life. Going to complain to my service provider (which is Bell btw) and see if they can do something about it.

Caller name: RBC

I've been getting calls from this number ALL the time. 12 so far today and they never leave a message. Sometimes they just hang up when I decide to answer it. I got through once and it was some Aladdin guy from who knows where looking to sell me RBC life insurance. Very persistent, would t take no for an answer. Claimed to be an RBC employee but didn't know any of my client details. I'm thinking this is some sort of scam. Very annoying

I've had the same experinence,I also asked to be taken off their list. It was not 5 minutes before it was the same man trying to convince me that if I pay shipping handling then ,and take this confromation number.

Have been getting this call many times. It is close to RBC#, but with a 1 added in front. I called my provider, Bell. The agent told me to download list blocker from the apps on my phone. It is free and guides you through the installation and use of the app.
