Jerk calls every day - wont leave message and will not speak if I pick up and say hello - next call will be answered with loud coach's whistle in his ear!
Called on Thursday, July 24,2014 at1:49 p.m. Asked for mr. Ler, and when I said this is Mrs. Ler the person hung up.
I received a call from a Washington D.C. number 202-506-8501 with a recorded message from "Heather Gray" from the IRS urging me to call back immediately after this call because of an extremely time sensitive legal matter. Sounded like a scam so I googled it, saw that it IS a scam, and did not call the number back.
Caller leaves no message.
I also got a call from this number. Unknown to the caller I am a retired U.S.Dept. of Justice employee. Sounds like a matter for the U.S. Attorney to look into to see if the criminal federal interstate wire fraud statute is being violated.
Someone from this number has called me several times - they say they are an agent processing legal paperwork against you. In my case, they said it was for an outstanding payday loan (I've never had a payday loan). They know your SS#, but a lot of the other information they have is incorrect. They attempt to scare you into settling the debt. These are scammers - no legitimate debt collector would try to do this kind of thing over the phone with no paperwork ever having been sent or received from them. Do not pay them, do not give them any additional information. They are SCAMMERS!
This company has been calling 3 to 4 times a day for over a month. Yesterday their last call was at 9:55PM! We have told them several times to stop calling us. We have an unlisted phone number & now they even know our names. They have justified their calls by saying they are working "closely" with the major utility companies or with the city we live in, then proceed to ask about our windows. Once they called back 5 minutes after I told them to stop calling me!
Same call. Same script!
Received two calls but no message left. Have attempted to answer calls previously only for the caller to hang up on me.
This is my second time to file a complaint but the calls keep coming. It starts out as a recorded message but then a human comes on the phone and as soon as you mention the DNC List, they hang up. Please do something to stop these calls. Thanks!
Phone call on cell line. I did not pick up. Notice that this number is calling many others. Need to cease.
They call and there is no on the line. This is very annoying.
What happened to the do not call list?
5 calls in 4 days from this number, each time a different male voice with an American-sounding nickname (Dave, Tom, etc.) despite heavy Indian accent alleging error messages from my computer. On each call after the first I identified myself as a detective and said I was recording the call. Caller quickly hung up.
I love calling them back. I have called them over 100 times just having fun with them in my spare time driving home from work :)
I get an average of one to three phone calls a day from this number. And I have asked them to quit calling me. to no avail this is been going on for 3 plus months.
Keeps calling my number at least 3x a day, sometimes calls from a different Spring Harbor, NY number, sounds as if it is the same voice, apparently there have been many complaints, why can't this guy be stopped. In the back ground, it sounds like a legitimate call center of some type--is this guy making prank phone calls from WORK? Does anyone actually get him to give a business name when calling? This has to be illegal, how can he be allowed to do this to people all day long?
I would like them to stop calling. No message was left.
They called my # every day for the last 3 weeks...7 days a week. When you call it back it goes to a recording , and never allows you to leave a message. So when I called back, I got a VERY surprised person on the other end! I gave them my number and asked that I be removed from there call list ASAP. They stated that they would pass the message along!?!
Repeated calls from same company, different numbers. Always try to opt out, which doesn't work. Tired of them bugging me for months.
Telemarketer that keeps calling. Thanks!
This call was a recorded message. I made the selection to speak to a representative and explained to him that this number was on the do not call list and asked him to remove my number from their list. He hung up the phone. I realize I shouldn't have spoken with him. His rude behavior right off the bat irritated me, especially since I shouldn't be receiving these types of calls to begin with. I don't know what this company is or who he is; he never identified himself or the company he was working for. I would appreciate any information you find and look forward to your response. Thank you.
Left no msg.

Robot Amy wanted to get me a free trip to somewhere: I hung up before she finished her sentence. Total nuisance!
very annoying.. call no answer, just selling my no. to tellmarketers..
Had a call from this number about lowering my interest rate. First spoke to a lady. They had information about my bank balance and bank interest rate. They asked asked for last 12 digits of my credit card number. I told them I must call my bank before giving them such details. Called my bank. Bank said they have not authorized anyone to lower rates and if they were interested in doing so, they would have called me directly.
Keeps calling 2-3 times a day; never leaves message.
This same person has called multiple times claiming to be different companies. One time as Visa. Next as IRS, and again as IRS. I am not stupid enough to give out any information and he got frustrated with me then started saying how s**y my voice sounded and that he was going to call me over and over again until I give him the information he needed. I called my phone company and they said there is no way to block them. I am sick of getting this scam caller.
Caller insisted that he had talked to me yesterday (impossible since I was at work all day) and that I had told him to call me back today to speak to my husband (also impossible since my husband works nights/sleeps days and I deal with all financial stuff). He used our names and just about called me a liar regarding our "conversation" he insisted took place the day before. He also kept telling me this was a federally mandated phone call--I guess to scare vulnerable people into thinking his call was from the government. When I kept pressing for the reason for the call he repeatedly told me that this call was mandatory to notify veterans of mortage rate reductions. Funny, since they are not our mortage company! Beware--vulnerable people will get hooked!
hangs up when I answer -- totally useless as well as annoying, reminds me of CONGRESSl
Receiving several calls from this international number.
I received an email from some woman by the name of karen williams. This woman said that there was an arrest warrant for a certain person not myself, but a family. I then called the so called officer going by the name of Roger Clark. He asked for my name and I responded I will give you the docket number and maybe I could be of some assistance or fix the problem at hand. He then just ended the call without notice and would not answer any of my calls.
scam credit card - switch line number is no good repeated calls
These people are horrible. The caller ID says Vzw At Sams Club but it is Fidelity Claims. They are the biggest con artist. They have called and harassed me on the job and at home. They have claimed to be actual officers of the court and they also continue to claim they will serve papers...although the papers never come. I welcome court so that I could finally face these people.
Get a real job and stop focusing so much effort on stealing money from others while you break the law.
10998 S. Wilcrest , Suite 192, Houston, TX 77099

I get these calls from various numbers all the time. I immediately shoot them down by telling them they are crazy as I do not have a Windows Computer...obviously they have no idea who they are calling and hope you will fork over some money to them for whatever. They don't get as far as asking for any money with me because I tell them right off....I do not have a Windows computer. I am a Mac person.
Received a dubious call from someone claiming to be Officer Craig of Criminal Investigations, urging me (or my lawyer) to call this 202-241-2553 number regarding criminal actions related to Social Security number
THIS COMPANY CALLS MY HOME ABOUT 3 TO 4 TIMES A DAY. I'VE TOLD THEM I DON'T WANT THEIR CALLS. I'VE TRIED TO CALL BACK AND IT WON'T GO THRU. I TALKED TO ONE PERSON AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD TAKE US OFF THEIR LIST BUT I GUESS THEY DIDN'T. PLEASE HELP US TO GET THEM TO STOP CALLING US. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Calling about my merchant account...that I don't have!
Saying he has worked on our house before. And knew our exact address. Called the police already
Female caller, says she wanted to order computer parts, but when asked to hold for a moment she hung up. When we tried to call back, the message said, number no longer in service. The phone call was received on my cell phone, and I am in California.
It was a call demanding $1000 by said date or you will go to jail.
Some guy by the name of Dester Cruz called my mom's house asking for me and told her that I was in trouble and to call him right away. I called back a few times and went straight to David Fischer's voicemail. After reading these reviews I feel much better. I'm annoyed that these scammers feel good about themselves calling innocent people just to freak them out and get their personal information. Ruthless motherfuckers!!!
They do not offer a stop calling button. This is not the first time they have called nor the first time I have asked them to stop calling. I pressed the button to be directed to a live person. Both times being directed the male person who has answered rude things upon telling him I would contact our lawyer. This is disturbing and violating. There is no number given only the voice recording of a woman's voice. The gentlemen that answered gave a name which I am sure is fake.
COMPLETE SCAM. 202-241-2787
THIS PERSON LEFT A MSG ON MY ELDERLY CLIENT'S VOICEMAIL. I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID HE WILL SEND THE POLICE TO MY OFFICE. PLEASE DO, I WILL BE WAITING SOB.
CAN'T STAND SENIOR CITIZENS BEING SCAMMED.
Received this phone call this morning, didn't answer but listened to voice mail. Inconceivable message, could not understand, but something about the IRS. Wrote down number and immediately checked into it. I'm not located in the Bay Area, but Southern California, if that means anything.
Keep calling 2 to 3 times a day, I pick up, no one on other end. Very disturbing.
I live in Maryland and just received a call from this number. I didn't answer and never will based on the reviews i just read.
This number is associated with Branzen (http://branza.com/contact-us/). After having this same number call me 40 times in a 2 week period I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the FCC. I then called Branzen and advised I had talked to the Costa Mesa Police department and had everything I needed to press telephonic harassment charges if my number was not removed. "Steven" who I spoke with advised me that I would immediately be removed from their list.
Calls many times never leaves a message.
Continueous calls all day long, will not leave a message!

Tell them I do not want to be called anymore. I'm flat broke. Thank you.
Guy called and said he was returning my call for tech support. I told him that I had not called any kind of tech support, to which he advised that it was in response to a performance report that was sent out from my computer. I wasn't buying that so I asked him what which one of my computers reported it. He said "a Windows computer". I said "nope!!" And hung up. Then I searched the # and found this.
Answered call and a man with a heavy accent was trying to tell me that there was a federal investigation and a major lawsuit against my husband. He said this was our last warning and that my husband was essentially in "big" trouble. He was rude and tried to talk over me but I didn't let him. I asked for his ph# and ext. and specifically which agency he claimed he was calling from. Got the ph# and his 'name' , Officer Jack Holmes but surprise, surprise, no agency name. Very threatening tone was used until I told him I thought this was fishy and very suspect, then he said he was the only one trying to help us. Watch out for these calls!
Left no message on a phone registered on Do Not Call
They call constantly, about three times a day and leave no message. I have called back to be taken off there calling list and the person who answers knows nothing about it.
This company called me today about 6 times. They keep calling even if I told them numerous times not to call me or they have the wrong number. They are also calling from a different number.
the night before this company called someone tried to open my front door while I was there.
To be removed from calling list, I have pressed 3 several timnes now. I pressed one to speak tro a rep who became nasty when I wanted to be reoved from the list and hung up on me.
Guy with Indian accent said he was 'David Miller' from the IRS and a Suit had
been filed against me and to call him back before I was arrested.
Called twice, hung up. I then blocked the number.
This number belongs to the Bill Me Later division of PayPal identifying themselves as their "Customer Service Center. The robo-dialed call only says "An agent will be with you shortly" and doesn't identify themselves. Very bad Customer Relations representations.
This company called several times even at night.
I did not answer. this is the 2nd call I've received in a week although it was from a different number. So my number must be on some new list circulating. I havent received any of these types of calls in years.
I was told to contact them immediately. The call was to my cell phone.
What is the point of being on the Federal Do Not Call List if these types of phone calls continue with no repercussions?!
