always calls soliciting something..I just turn my phone off. It is annoying as you have to always stop what you are doing for a stupid phone call.

I wonder if the do not call list for unwanted solicitation still works, I guess by the looks of this annoying call it doesn't.

Its an Auto-dialer system. Unfortunately an auto-dialer doesn't recognize calls on the "do not call list". it simply dials all phone numbers in numerical order. But the call is coming from Belleville NJ or at least that is the exchange. No oneever is on the phone and it will disconnect if you don't answer it within 10 seconds. Best solution is to have call block set on your phone and or caller ID. It comes up as Unknown. I don't answer "unknown" calls.
