Phony credit card scam to my land line. I amnow able to block calls to my land line which is from Brighthouse by going on line. Brighthouse walked me through the procedure. For my cell phone, my provider is Verizon. If I get an unwanted call, I call Verizon and they will block the number..This is the best way because informing Do Not Call does not get immediate action.

Calls me continuously, have told them prior not to call me anymore but the still call persistently all times of the day and night.

They call me multiple times a day from different numbers with the same pre-recorded message about a lower interest rate. I have asked to be take off their list many times but they keep calling.

I let the call go to the answering machine.It was an automated call, and I believe the woman's voice said "Rachael's Card Services". She went on to say she was going to give better rates on my credit cards. I'm going to start keeping a log of these unwanted and unsolicited phone calls.

It's the exact same message as Rachel, but now it introduces itself as Jennifer from Consumer Services.

Keep getting calls from this number and they hang up before you can answer. This is a business they are calling and it is very time consuming to answer and no one is there. I hope someone can stop this.

hang up no message on machine. have hit #3 to not get their calls, but they continue. do not give their contact info. have hit 1 to talk to, but no info given.

They call everywhere! Left messages in New York-called them back to get name off calling list, but they still call. Left messages on Florida phone-about no problem with credit card, but can lower rate. Telling them to take name off doesn't work-reporting them multiple times to Do Not Call complaint number doesn't work, either.

As another commentor says, same message as "Rachael" but now it's "Jennifer," and change in company name. Best just to hang up on this, as pushing buttons only confirms call was answered and they'll keep up the calls. This is Fraud/Scaming. They keep using different numbers from all over the country, same Robocall, different voice personality.

This comes in as a robo-call offering to lower credit card rates. When you press 1 to get to a representatver, they identify themselves as Card Services from Orlando, FL. When you ask for a number to call them back, they give you 1-800-347-2683. I have asked twice in the past week for these calls to stop, and they continue. I informed the operator that I believed that these calls were illegal because my number is on the do-not-call list, and I do not do business with Card Services. I specifically asked to be taken off the list.
