I just got a call from this number: 928-467-4719 and the recording said something about my credit card, etc. and to press One. So, I press One and I asked "how does this pertain to my credit card". He goes on and I asked, NICELY, but how does this affect my personal credit card and he rudely says "now why did you respond to this call when you're on the Do Not Call List, etc....." and I said "to ask you to stop Effin calling me" and he proceeded to call me a b***h and I should Eff-off, and when I said I was going to report him he said go ahead a report yourself, b***h and told me again to Eff-off... HOW DO I REPORT THIS CALL???
this number shows up routinely on my cell phone. Although the robo call says this is my last chance to respond(been saying this for almost a year). sometimes I've done what was asked and hit 1 but then no one answers. Leave it up to the republican congress to support any business no matter how annoying.
I was on hold for my insurance carrier and received this phone call during my call. It remained on hold as I was waiting for my insurance carrier to pick up. I have a new phone and do not understand the features on it for this case. I tried to switch temporarily to this phone call to hang up, but it hung me up on both calls. I am disgruntled, because I have already been holding for a long time prior to get to my insurance provider.
Unknown caller, so I don't pick up. Figured this was a solicite call, which, to my understanding, they are not supposed to be calling cell numbers due to possible recipient incurred charges. FCC needs to go out, find these type callers and slap a hefty fine and/or jail time (if a repeat offender) to stop these calls. Irritating, and a waste of time to say the least.
I recieved a call from them today and then when I call back it is a recording that the number is disconnected. Once our government gets its act together you can report them.

Got a call to lower my credit card interest. I pressed one and a woman answered eventually. I asked her what does this have to do with my personal credit card and she answered asking did I have at least $4000.00 in debt on my card and paying at least 12.99% or more. I asked to be placed on their DO NOT CALL as I am already on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL list. She said ok and disconnected. It's a scam. I have no less than 6 "do not answer" people in my phone memory and every time I get one of these calls I just pop it in one of them so I know not to answer next time. Between those 6 people each one has at least 10 numbers, that's 60 numbers that call my cell even though I'm on the do not call list. And...they call repeatedly.
Another "Cardholder Services" debt consolidation call. Robocalled my cell phone which is on the do not call list. Why can't they be shut down?
After pressing 1 to talk to someone, I talked to ta woman that answers, I told her to remove my number off their distribution list, this number is on the DO NOT CAll List, this was their first and only warning not to all this number agan. The woman told me to "Shut up". At that point I hung up immediately and block the number from my phone.
For the third time in three days I recieved a call telling me that it's my final notice to lower my interest rate on my credit cards. Press 1 to speak to a rep or press 2(?) to be removed from the list. The first two times I hit 2 to be removed from their call list. The third time I recieved the call I was with my family on a Saturday and decided to talk to someone personally to be removed from the list. When the female representative came on the line I said "I'm I'm going to say this as nice as I can but I've pressed 2 several times on these calls from you and im not getting removed from your call list" please remove me from your list. She replies with this word for word "keep pressing 2 b***h" and hung up on me. If your a company using these ignorant bottom feeding hack telemarketers to better your business you really should rethink your campaign. These people are scumbags.
if you are lucky enough to talk to someone, blast them with an air horn. You can get them at Walmart or any sporting goods store. I do it all the time, it's a blast!!! I even got the ny state police to stop calling and asking for money this way. If we can't shut them up, we can make them deaf.
If you’ve ever made a complaint to the Federal Gov’t about violations of the “do not call” regs, you know it’s a total waste of time.
So, being retired, I’ve made up a nom de telemarketee, complete with factitious address, phone number, credit card number, Social Security number, etc. and try to keep one of their humans on the line as long as possible. It normally runs thirty minutes, or more.
I think if more of us could waste their time like this, they’d finally decide it’s not worth it.
As an aside, I really don’t think they’re trying to sell us anything, but trying to get our info to sell to someone else.
who knows if it's fraud or not -- I have reported this number and the "Darias Metcalf" pay-day-loan scammers from India over 20 times. Filing a complaint does nothing. We have been harassed by the Payday loan people for 3 years not despite we have NEVER had one. The calls disappear for a while -- today they started back again - -I have received 14 calls TODAY from them. ATT, my landline provider says they know about it and they are sorry. period. they won't do anything either. The government hasn't done anything - the no call lists are invisible to ViOP phone calls. We are just screwed and SOL.
Please file a complaint when this company calls you. Go to FCC consumer complaints and GMA had a story on this type of activity in the Rossen Report and there is a link to file complaint there as well. We need to FLOOD the boards with this company, which I use loosely because I don't know what type of place it actually is.
I, too, have been asking for them to stop calling and telling them that I'm on the DNC list, but it does not phase them. I was also cursed out when I asked for the company name. The guy screamed, "why do you f@%*ing need to know that if your on the DNC list?" I was so taken back that I had no time to response before he hung up on me.
When you try to call back, it's some bogus recording saying the number has been changed or disconnected. The message, which is so full of static you can barely hear, is so unprofessionally done with the guy pausing in it and reporting himself.
AGAIN, PLEASE FILE COMPLAINTS!!!!
