They keep calling me excessively, luckily all they have is my cell phone number so I logged into my account and put a block on it. I cancelled my service months ago, no idea why they are calling and I don't care.

This number called today, did not leave a message. I think everytime a telemarketer calls it should be considered harrassment. You know by the phone number that it is someone trying to sell you something. If you don't answer they relentlessly call back at different times of the day. I cringe everytime the phone rings. The worst part is that one has to pay to not be listed in the phone book. WTH? I am on the DNC list but I am still harrassed every single day. I am friggen tired of it.

I ordered TWC on 11/8. Appt for 11/17. As of today, 11/15, I have had 27 phone calls on my cell phone and 11 on my home phone. I called TWC 2x, both times I had to wait for over 30 minutes to speak with someone, I was told I would be removed from the calling list. I received 7 phone calls after that so went online to their "chat". Had to wait over 30 minutes to "chat" only to be told they could not handle the issue on "chat". I have received 9 more calls after I was told I'd be removed from their calling list...which is to "remind you of your appointment". Give me a freaking break!! 38 calls in less than a week to remind me????? I have cancelled my order!

I have been w two for two years, never with any real complaints. Then two days ago I call to upgrade my service, bad idea! I got the rudest biotch on the phone, who made it very clear she didn't want to speak with me. Like not putting on mute and making plans for when she gets off the phone. "Don't worry I'll be done with this in a min and we can go." Sorry thought you were there to do your fricken job. So after I hung up on her, I switched to HTC, now this number is calling me non-stop. Maybe you should take care of your customers while they still are!!!

They call repeatedly, multiple times in a day, and it is usually a hang-up because it's an auto-dialer. The one time someone answered me, it was a sales rep wanting to sell me a more expensive "upgrade" to my lousy Time Warner cable service. I have blocked the number in my phone, I hope that stops it, because I am getting multiple calls per day every day.

I had a order from Time Warner that I was to pick up the kit from the store within seven days, or else it would be cancelled, and I would not be billed. Two days after I made the order, and still did not pick up the kit, my living situation changed. So because I was told that I won't be billed until pickup, I had 5 days until my order expired. Well, I did let my order expire, and it's been about three weeks since then, and I have heard nothing from TWC... until now. Today, it is only about 2:00, and TWC has called me 4 times. 3 Were from this number in Durham, 1 of them was from a TWC number in Concord. The Concord number left a message, some rep wanting to talk about my order that has already expired and they need to just forget about.

Here is one way to get the telemarketers to stop calling. When you get the call and finally get a live person, ask for their name and the name and address of the company that they represent. Tell them that if they wish to continue the conversation with you that will will bill them by the minute at lets say $35 bucks a minute because that's what you have deemed the value for your time. Then ask if they agree to continue to talk or not. If they do, clock your time with them and then send them an invoice. Also tell them if they call your number again that they will automatically be billed because you explained to them your terms for conversation before. If they don;t pay after a few attempts at payment, take them to small claims court with all of the information that you have accumulated with dates, times and names. You may not get any money but you will get their attention and they will indeed remove you from the list. I know it's a pain in the but to do all of this but there is court precedent. It worked for me....Good Luck....
