they call non stop, at least three x's a day..after telling them several times to stop!

THEy call me every Hour on the hour and Because of it I got wrote up now if they do not stop i will show up to time warner and take care of it m self. STOP IT DAMNIT
TWC called today 4 times! Phone rings once with no message - finally spoke with them. We don't even have TWC! Requested to be put on do not call list with them

They keep calling me excessively, luckily all they have is my cell phone number so I logged into my account and put a block on it. I cancelled my service months ago, no idea why they are calling and I don't care.
This number called today, did not leave a message. I think everytime a telemarketer calls it should be considered harrassment. You know by the phone number that it is someone trying to sell you something. If you don't answer they relentlessly call back at different times of the day. I cringe everytime the phone rings. The worst part is that one has to pay to not be listed in the phone book. WTH? I am on the DNC list but I am still harrassed every single day. I am friggen tired of it.

I ordered TWC on 11/8. Appt for 11/17. As of today, 11/15, I have had 27 phone calls on my cell phone and 11 on my home phone. I called TWC 2x, both times I had to wait for over 30 minutes to speak with someone, I was told I would be removed from the calling list. I received 7 phone calls after that so went online to their "chat". Had to wait over 30 minutes to "chat" only to be told they could not handle the issue on "chat". I have received 9 more calls after I was told I'd be removed from their calling list...which is to "remind you of your appointment". Give me a freaking break!! 38 calls in less than a week to remind me????? I have cancelled my order!
I have been w two for two years, never with any real complaints. Then two days ago I call to upgrade my service, bad idea! I got the rudest biotch on the phone, who made it very clear she didn't want to speak with me. Like not putting on mute and making plans for when she gets off the phone. "Don't worry I'll be done with this in a min and we can go." Sorry thought you were there to do your fricken job. So after I hung up on her, I switched to HTC, now this number is calling me non-stop. Maybe you should take care of your customers while they still are!!!
Tired, tired, tired of TW calling me. Never leaves a message. If it was important, one would be left. Don't know if I can get them to stop as I am, unfortunately, a sucker who has their services. Ugh!!
