These people have call three times in three days and that does not count the previous calls before these. I got as far as talking to a supervisor and asked him how much the extended warranties were going to cost me and he said "thats a good question". At that point I hung up on him. I am still getting calls from this number about a week and half since then.
This number keeps on calling me, I called back and i get a message that they're closed. They called me again and I answered somebody with broken English spoke to me and then put me to a supervisor to extend my car warranty. I said I Don't need to extend my car warranty it is still under warrantee, they hung up.
This must be a spam to get credit card information so be ware!!
These people call every other day using obvious phony names with deep foreign accents telling me that my Jeep Commander is out of warrenty. But we don't own that vehicle and when I ask how they got my name they hang up or make rude comments and then hang up.
Sounds like the same callers from the scammers pretending to be from Microsoft. Foreigners (middle eastern) pretending to have American names they cannot pronounce. This call is about an extended warranty. I just got the cancelation letter about the factory warranty. ...then these calls started.
This is an annoying sales call to my cell phone - repeated calls without leaving a message! From the other posts I have come to understand this is about a car warranty which ends in 3000 miles. I am not calling them back. Businesses that don't leave messages don't deserve my money. Another telling sign, when you call their number - it just gives their office hours - NOT THE NAME OF THE COMPANY!
Sounded like a scan from the first moment. They wanted to sell a $3275 extended car warranty. If this were actually Nissan, they would have known more about the car and they would not have assured me that it would have a major malfunction within the next calendar year. The moment I said, "I will not be buying anything during this call," the phone when dead as though he dropped the receiver/headset. Sounds in the background like there were 10,000 telemarketers in a cattle heard. Block these jokers if your phone allows it.
I received a call today from 908-445-0103, which my caller ID listed as a New Jersey number. I could barely understand the first man I spoke to, and it sounded like a very noisy call center in the background. I was transferred to a so-called supervisor, who stated his name as Chris Lacey. He claimed that the warranty on my vehicle had expired (Which I know for a fact is untrue) and offered me a "one time deal" to extend the policy. He was also very unprofessional, referring to me as "dear" and "hon". He was dodgy in response to my questions and denied that he was calling from NJ. He was speechless when I informed him that I would prefer to contact my dealership directly. This is an obvious scam.
This number has called me 2/7/14 and 1/29/14. Calling himself Paul he verified I was the owner of 2010 Ford F-150. He was trying to offer to extended warranty. When I asked him if it was an aftermarket warranty or Ford his reply was "something like that". When I repeated the question his response was "his company is the underwriter for Ford". when I tried to pursue he hung up. I immediately called back and got the recording "please try back during normal business hours". Not a real upright company.
Called several times -- even though the no. we have is "listed" on the DO NOT CALL List -- as if that does any good! Spoke about car warranty, etc. -- as other callers have referenced. Told him I would contact my dealer and he hung up. Get these scammers out of our faces!!!

and file a complaint. Its online and it is easy. The NJ division of consumer affairs will stop this company by fining them.
I am doing it and I bet that of the thousands of people this company calls, only 5 complain on this website and 1 will follow through with this website complaint.
