was very rude wouldn't give info. and when i asked again about the packages and how they worked i was told its by plane and in a hotel.VERY RUDE! then he said "you are wasting your time we are now sold out on dates for next few months" then he said goodbye and hung up on me.
do they really expect you to pay for this treatment???
Now using 888-515-3499 on their junk faxes. Called them. Got a BS line about ridiculously low package to Las Vegas. $149 for three nights hotel including airfare. Eric at "extension 506" got impatient with me when I asked normal questions, told me to call back when I was ready to go. An obvious scam because I would not be able to book anything for 3 months but they wanted the $149 up front. Called the 271-1179 as well. They're still using that number. Got a quick hang up. They will be using another number and scam within a month if not weeks.
We receive these faxes at work so I called 1-888-515-3499 and talked to David about these unbelievable low packages. He told me they were a corporation wholesale brokers that have contracts with clients and when these vacations are not taken, they have to sell liquidate the vacations. I did call the office to get the name of the company and the woman told me they open in 20min. I called back 30 minutes later and had the same woman and she told me the name of the company was ATR Trips and Tours. And yes they wanted money from checking account-electronic debit-not a credit card and the trip I was interested in I would have to pay for the whole thing by Friday, today is Thursday. Not comfortable with giving someone my checking acct. numbers. BEWARE!
Responded to a fax. Made payments for trip to Jamaica. 2nd payment for booking fee. Got package for trip to MEXICO! So embarassed because I recommended some friends! Trying to recoup some of the money I put out by working with their demands, but they are requesting more money that they say they informed me in a recorded conversation!! As everyone said they are very RUDE!Could have booked a flight and a resort and come out much cheaper. Please, let my lesson be your precaution!
Received a fax with low ball prices on vacation packages. Sent in $360 for trip then also dealt with a second company, Travel Center 888-861-7313 sent them $138 for processing. THEN dealt with a third company Grand Incentives 941-552-5070 who I sent $200 to get our paperwork to pick out resort and air fare. Called Grand Incentives today, which I might add has had my $200 since beginning of November, to ask for the 20th time, where our paperwork was to then be told the whole trip is completely VOIDED because I did not send in the $200 certified mail but regular mail. Said I would get my $200 back in the mail. I am disgusted and think this is all total BULLSH**!!!!
I received a fax from this company. I called back to the number listed above. I paid with my check over the phone as they do not accept credit cards (probably so you can't reverse the charges as easily). All things seemed legitimate besides the prices seemed ridiculously cheap. I paid not only for one vacation but for two as it was half price for the second. Within a few weeks, I started getting things in the mail from a sublet company. I sent in additional money for the deposits which were explained to me in the beginning. It has been several months, no trips, no refunds. I called to complain to find that I bought into a discount vacation program and basically everything was a lie from the beginning. Please be advised this is a SCAM. I lost a lot of money on this entire thing. I was contacted recently by Infinity Travel to set up my trip. I was informed that none of the money I already sent was applied to the trip and they were looking for the full price. I am very disappointed in the entire operation!
