The caller said the call would be recorded and I said I did not mind.  I could hardly understand what he was describing (know that is not your problem).  I interupted him and said I was not interested and the number he called is on a do not call list and he should not call again.  I hung up.  Please do what you can regarding this incident.  Thanks.
