I received a phone call from a Brian Knight stating he had paperwork to serve me on a fraudulent check charge and that I could stop these proceedings if I called this attorney's office at this phone number (866-450-7129). No other information was left. I don't write checks. I strictly use my debit card. PLUS - he called my parents house whose address I have not lived at for over 10 years. Ummm can you say SCAM!
