Same as above. AMEX AIC called, and we too don't have an AMEX card??? I checked the AMEX website and tried to search this phone number of 855-286-0676 on their website, and nothing came up? Hopefully, they don't call again.

I called AMEX and they are looking into it. Very weird they thought also. Did you actually talk to them?

They have been calling my house daily for about a week now. Never leave a message, and I have never been home when they call, always mid afternoon. I too do not have an AmEx card. Hoping the give up soon tho.

Get calls every morning between 10 and 11 in the morning. Have had this number blocked but they continue to call.

Its an Amex promo for Air Miles. Told them i dont want a credit card: it made them call even more. When i make sure theres a live peson on the line and they launch into their spiel, I start screaming gibberish. Now they call only weekly instead of everyday.

finally picked up they call everyday, said they're calling on behalf of amex and airmiles offering some platinum card. but all they know is your name lol nothing else so i don't see how they're part of airmiles who has my date of birth etc from when i signed up.

A lady called me I gave them my social security number and my birthdate. Is that a problem. Or should I report it. I didnt know if this was a prank caller. Could they steal my identity?

It does belong to AMEX it goes to their Call Centre. I called and asked why they had my # and why they called. They said I was a "valued air miles" customer and would like to give me some offers. I said no and asked to be removed from the list. The girl was very nice and said no problem, sorry for the trouble. Hope this helps. I'm located in Mississauga, ON, CANADA.

This number always calls my cell phone and never leaves a message, I never pick up. I would love to put my hands around one of these callers neck. I do not have an AMEX nor will have ever do business with them

OK. This is the second time today that I'm psoting on this website. This is the second time because this is the second possibly spam call that I've received in 1 day from 2 different numbers. Same story, it was AMEX calling because I am a 'valued air miles customer' (not really), and this gentleman was nice about it, but asked if he could call back because he really thinks that I would like what he has to offer....

Asked for my husband. Amex-AIC was identified on my call display before with same number. Won't leave a message. My mum got this same call and it was associated with Costco. If you don't have the Amex card with Costco but have the costco membership they're trying to get you to get an AMEX card from Costco. If I wanted one I'd have gotten one through Costco. NEVER give out your information on the phone to anyone! Beware.
