A man claims to be the "IRS" and that I have some judgement from Bank of America for some Visa. But get this: I have never held a credit card acct with BoA ever! I plan on contact my current state's AG.

I keep getting calls from this number. They have called my dad's house amd told him they were going to garnish my wages. When I do talk to them to get infomation all the say is that I owe them money.

the keep calling sent a letter saying they will garnish my waiges they were trying to collect on a debt paid and settled back from 2008 I asked for info they harrase and say I know I owe so pay up. Are the real what the **** is going on sun up to sun down they call... are they real or just another debt colloector trying to collect on something already settled?

Some LLC buisness calling Bobby Jay Nolan?? Who ever that is attempting to collect $7,000.00 for an unpaid debut. If this Bobby person does not call or attempt to pay leagle action including prision time will promptly be taken. I tried to call back to tell them they had the wrong number but the given number is not in service and the number they callled from is blocked or disconected.

These people have called my cell number and my home number which are both unlisted. I have been told by both phone carriers these people are running some program that just dials random numbers that apparently shows my info when it comes up. And that possibly have hacked some banks or other systems to get my info. My cell service blocked the number, and my home service helped me to block the number, but said they probably have more than one number and may have to be blocked again.

Just like everyone else, they have been calling my number as well and I don't know what their malfunction is. They just called me and I am pretty sure that they got sold my information from some entity that said they would not. It sucks to get these calls because they call my wife, too. Really getting aggravating.

Someone who says they are from ARS financial services keeps calling, but will not leave a message. Finally, I called back and had a very difficult time figuring out who the caller was representing. They just kept screaming at me, and the more I insisted on a name the louder they screamed. Sure wish ARS would pull their telemarketers, this is no way to get business.
