I'm down in Ohio and the caller seems to be from Florida.. I suspect it could be a telemarketer, down in my area we get about 4 calls weekly from these weird numbers. Can someone please tell me what they want from us?

Caller ID displays "VA MORT PMNT"...I don't have a VA mortgage and am not eligible for one so I just don't answer. I'm guessing this is some scamster company trying to get those with VA mortgages to refinance.

this number has been calling me 2+ times a day 7 days a week for months now and will not stop calling. Are they scammers posing as VA loan specialists

trying to get veterans about mortgages I did tell them Never to call again if they do I'll let you know.. I am not shy and retiring, when you call me 4 times in 12 hours YOU KNOW I WILL TELL YOU ! call them back forcefully tell them DO NOT CALL AGAIN otherwise a lot of people can be organized (us ) to call and block their number from calling anyone. By the way I am not a very young person...I do have a lot of spirit and energy !!! get these jerks!

Have received calls regularly for about 2 years or so, every 2 weeks, sometimes more frequently. I always ask to be taken off their list, as I don't have a VA loan. They have always been polite and say they will take my phone off -- might take 48 hours. However, they still call all the time. Also phone my husband on his cell phone at about the same rate. We are on the Do Not Call list, they don't care. I can't think why they are wasting their own time (as well as mine) to do this, when they know I don't have a loan to refinance. What's their deal, anyway???????

Call received on the following dates: 7/11/2011 8/12/2011 8/13/2011 11/2/2011 11/26/2011 12/15/2011 12/17/2011 1/17/2012 1/18/2012 Asked to be removed each time. Rep said my number would be removed within 48 hours each time. How about someone share Bill Edwards' (the owner of the company) private cellular number so I can call him at all hours of the day and night, trying to peddle mortgage loans? His company (Mortgage Investors Corporation) repeatedly calls me, even after requesting that they not. I think it would be nice to at least call him up at 9:30pm and have a nice chat about how his company randomly calls citizens across the country, even if they are not the do-not-call list. There are even reports of the company calling soldiers in Iraq. Can't you think of a better way to make money than bugging people who are try to sleep, have dinner, care for their children, or defending their country? Please stop calling me. I'm begging you. I don't want your loan, and don't need your loan. I need you to stop calling me.
