Snakeoil Sales Technique. and if you think Target is not behind it then keep your eyes shut. Same as everyone else....offered a $1000 Target giftcard. Knew I hadn't registered for any such drawing. Checked out the number here and found that many had received the same message. I never give out my cell phone number so it is very upsetting that scammers have it now.
