rcvd call 3/10/2012 @ 12:40am from this spoofed tel num 613-163-9390 -- no one on line, after few seconds recorded female voice said "good-bye" .... after internet search I believe this call came from same telemarketer who called earlier (3/9/2012 @ 7:10pm 714-729-1810) which is identified as Pacific Coast Home Solutions on Spokeo ...on that call a man asked for husband by name, when I said he isn't available he proceeded to try sell home improvements to me...I told him had no $ to spend for anything and hung-up ... both of these tel numbers have numerous complaints on all kinds of sites...see this one as example...... http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/pacific-home-remodeling-california-c191087.html......Pacific Coast Home Solutions has a website with tel num 888-347-7247, perhaps they would like to receive continuous hang-up calls from blocked tel numbers...maybe complaints to bbb as well as to California Contractors Board would help them out
They ripped off my parents by selling them a $25,000 bathtub. Yes I said bathtub. They said it was top.of the line. Simple plastic white tub with a door. They are ripping off our parents by targeting seniors. Shut them down!
A post here says PCHS "ripped off" his parents by selling them a tub for $25,000. Facts-We sell AND INSTALL Safety Walk In Tubs.....We do not sell AND INSTALL them for $25,000! We have no contracts on file for anywhere that amount! Premiere Tubs on television with Pat Boone as their spokesperson DOES charge 20-$27,000 for a tub-installed. We average around $15,000. Remember these tubs are not just a cast iron tub like in your average home...they are whirlpool tubs with self sealing doors so seniors can step in and sit down without having to climb over a 12" high threshold on a standard tub and risk slipping and falling. Let's figure this out. You can go to Home Depot and buy a walk in tub too...around $8000. Now you have to pay to transport it to your home...$300? Now someone has to get it upstairs..remove exisiting doorway then replace the doorway after its in....another $300-500? Then you have to hire someone to remove your old cast iron tub and dispose of that...$1500? ....then you have to have a plumber work for about 2-3 days plumbing your new tub to your home, sealing it and testing it??? How much would that be? $1000? More? I know just to unclog a drain at my house they charge $150 for about 30 minutes work...Now you need a carpenter to fit the tub to the wall, build the surround for the wall and caulk it in......$1200? Many times there is dry rot in the wall or flooring and that has to be repaired or replaced....$2000? Oh, I almost forgot, you need to hire an electrician to wire the tub...remember it has jacuzzi type pumps and motors on it....$500 plus the cost of upgrading your electrical panel which is an additional $1500 for the panel...... So you can see we are at $8000 for the tub....and around $8000 just to get it there, installed and properly wired up and running. So the Better Business Bureau rates gave us an A rating. Is that achieved by ripping off seniors? The League of California Homeowners Approves us as a Certified Contractor. We rank #19 in the State Of CA!. Rec'd 3 calls last in three days, I let my answering machine intercept the calls. No messages were left. 5-16-2012 2:39 PM 5-19-2012 10:28 AM 5-19-2012 3:27 PM All showing the exact phone number, and is listed as OUT OF AREA. The owner of the phone number, where calls go through showing the phone number 714-729-1810 needs to but a stop to this B.S. Hey "John Aden" you posted a response to a recent post defending your company. You have the problem and you need to fix it. You tried to blame your competitors. You spent a lot of effort explaining, not enough effort fixing. At this point I dont believe you......
An idiot from this company called me up and tried to sell me energy saving equipment and I hung up on him because I am on a Do Not Call List. He called me back a few seconds later talking about my address. I told him that every time he calls me he owes me $50 according to the law so he was up to $100 and I asked if he wanted to make it $150. He was a complete ***. Why would I bought anything over the phone. from a jerk.

Tracked by the Better Business Bureau with an A rating. Tracked by the the League of California Homeowners as an APPROVED Contractor.Tracked by Qualified Remodeler Magazine and rated #99 in the USA out of 3.5 million..... This is a response to "Andy L" Andy, we use a computer and so do many other marketing companies that use the phone to contact prospects. The computer prescreens the list we purchase and thats what you hear on your end as a call and a hang up. What happens is the computer calls you and quickly either detects the number has been answered or is bad, disconnected etc. If it gets an answer it will try to forward that call onto one of our call center staff to speak with you. However sometimes all our staff members are on the line and the computer then hangs up the call and a live person calls you back in a few minutes. Look, we know how much everyone hates "telemarketers" but calling people live to make appointments is more personal than mailing 35,000 direct mail pieces that just wind up in the trash! If we are calling you and you dont want us to call you in the future Andy, just email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will have your name and number removed from our database. I checked this morning and have never recieved any requests from anyone named...Andy. But I'm always happy to take them! Anything I can do to help, please let me know. If you like, stop by the office and meet me in person and I'll take you off the list as you watch ok!? Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Response to William S William....your post is vague at best. Please contact me with any details regarding your statement that we take advantage of the elderly. Why do you say we are a scam? Maybe you have not seen the requirements to be an APPROVED CONTRACTOR with the League of California Homeowners. Go to their website and look at the list of qualifications you must pass on an ANNUAL basis to be part of the referral program from So Cal Gas. These kind of baseless statements lead me to believe that once again this is a competitor trying to harm our sterling reputation. I have posted my contact info all over this page so I wont post it again here. But look at YOUTUBE and listen to our customers. Go to FACEBOOK and read the letters they wrote. Also and I hate to say it but would you believe there are websites that "rate" businesses that have postings supposedly from consumers...they contact the business in question and offer to remove negative postings for 5-10 thousand dollars. We will respond to any negative postings but refuse to pay "hush money" to websites that blackmail businesses for money. Amazingly I will say for the record that not one email has ever been sent to me in response to any of my responses here. So are they real? Well if they are...then we will do whatever is in the customers best interest to resolve the situation. If they are fake, well, all I can do is respond like I'm doing here.
call almost daily never leave message talk to them once, full of ****, I build high end homes and have been for 30 years, not one to let someone pull wool over my ears. Told them to stop calling no luck on that and I am on the do not call list.
I am a senior on a very fixed income who is on the DNC list. However, I keep getting calls from this # (which I do not answer) and no message is left. They are really wasting thier stupid time calling me as I am barely surviving financially as it is.
Received a spam sales call and when I informed the woman I was on the "Do Not Call" list, she said that was impossible because she had my number. I replied that she was with Pacific Coast Home Solutions, correct? She hung up.
We receive robocalls from this phone number constantly. The DNC list is ineffective because it needs to be renewed every 90 days, and companies ignore it anyway because the chance of being caught calling a DNC number is slim. It seems the best thing to do is screen all calls via CallerID and don't answer any calls from callers you don't know. Of course, you may miss some calls that you want; but just call them back.
