This number called me 3 times in 5 minutes. I picked up on the third call. (Weren't leaving voicemails.) Obviously a scammer. When they asked to speak to "ms. ___" and it wasn't remotely close to how my last name is pronounced, I told them they had the wrong number. They didn't offer any information about themselves. They apologized and hung up.
Like you, I have too gotten repeat phone calls. It is indeed a company based out in Sugar Land. Good news, if you call that number, it goes directly to them. I implore everyone who has been bothered by these tools to create craigslist ads with their phone number. It can be simple fake ads like offering cell phones for cheap, or g*y s*x. They make money by cold calling. I figure if just half the people here make ads on craigslist with these people's number, they'll be getting so many calls, they'll have to change their number. Good hunting.
This number started calling my private cell phone 9/4/13 approximately 8am. The calls came back to back one to two minutes apart. They called six times and stopped for about 30 minutes and started again for another five times. About an hour they started over. After receiving about 20-25 calls before 2pm, I answered and a female asked to speak to a Mr or Mrs Warhall or Warholt. She was advised that she had the wrong number. She apologized and hung up. About an hour later the calls started again. I never answered again. The calls were very annoying, especially since I'm a police dispatcher and work the night shift. Because of my work, I can not just turn my phone off to get some sleep. Something needs to be done about this type of phone harassment. I'm checking with my department to see if something can be done.
