PLEASE STOP THESE CALLS!!! I have registered complaints about this number several times now. They call everyday. Hang up. My elderly mother is really, really upset - she is the one who gets most of the calls during the day and evening. This is harrassment and is the same thing as stalking someone. Please, please, please get these people to stop calling us!!

Stated I failed to appear for jury duty

My sister sent me a text saying she had seen my name on the FTA (failure to appear) list at the courthouse. Made me a little nervous because we live in the 704 area code, right outside Charlotte, NC and I had a big court date coming up... Needless to say, I did a reverse look-up on the number first because the prefix (319) of the number isn't for my area where the courthouse is.

this number calls a friend of mine number. leaving a message for ME to call this number.....????? what the heck...the number they call isn't even mine but they leave a message on her phone using my name...how do i or my friend get them to stop calling.....

Got a text message from a 865-306-2197 saying that they saw my name on the failure to appear list for my county and to call 704-319-7254. This is stupid and they need to put a stop to it.

Same text as reported by others. My name on a failure to appear and to call (704) 319-7254 for more info. I figured it was BS but decided to check it out. Glad to see this site and know that I was correct :)

Prank call about missing jury duty, the call went to my work number... Not Funny...

My brother received a call from this number he called back and said it was someone named Kenneth that answered the phone. Talking about jury duty and that they pulled his phone number from a file also because I voted 4 yrs ago that is how they got his number out of this file. Strange thing is he didn't have that number four yrs ago we live in Indiana and not in North Carolina. Plus why would they call about a failure to appear? Someone needs to sue whomever that person is playing on the phone.

Got a txt fwd from a friend stating my name was in the pittsburgh post gazette for failure to appear for jury duty. I knew it was wrong so i put the phone number in a search and ended up here. I hope someone puts a stop to this.

I got a text message from a 216 area code saying i failed to appear for jury duty so i got nervous since i thought i might have because i have two addresses, one in Cleveland and one in Kent, Ohio. How ever, i'm like my mom would have told me so i continued to read and saw that 704 number so i clearly new that it was a scam or prank. STOP THEM!!!!!

called my brother in Ky told him they were looking for me because I didn't show up for jury duty, that it would cost me 500.00 or 60 days in jail. I am disabled & scared me half to death. because I haven't gotten any notice in the mail for jury duty. This isn't nice & the law should do something about things like this.
