Caller Id said ND. Since I have had what I deem as harassing phone calls from telemarketers over the past month, I didn't answer because I don't know anyone from that state. The caller didnt leave a message so, one can only assume it was a telemarketer.

I received this call on my landline phone. I didn't understand what was said, but I do NOT know anyone with that phone number at all, whatsoever.

I received a call from this number yesterday at 12:18 PM, January 28, 2013, and I do NOT know anyone who has this number. I could NOT understand what was said.
