Robo caller. Only after listening to the "urgent" message does it reveal that there’s no person to talk with to tell them to stop.
19 July 12 - Caller claimed her name was "Catherine"; Accent sounded Indian, although it might possibly have been a very bad Latin American (eg, Columbia). Very poor connection, plus lots of other voices in the background -- classical boiler room operation. I honestly couldn't tell if she was promoting "Loyalty Rewards" or "Royalty Rewards", so asked for clarification several times and she never got into her pitch. I did ask where the company was located, to which she said "Florida", but 567 area code is Ohio...and she couldn't name the city. After 5+ minutes, I ended up telling her that they had called on a business line that I'm not allowed to conduct personal business on, so they should put the number they called on their 'do not call' list.
