I filled out the form on Power Home Remodeling website for an estimate. They have called 6 times now, but no one speaks if I answer, and they do not leave a message if I miss the call. At this point, I've made other arrangements and would never do business with a company like this.
It's now almost 4 months, I filled out the form for an estimate, every few days they call my home number, my cell, and then my office line, within minutes, and no one speaks no matter where I answer. If I don't answer, they don't leave a message. Bizarre. I've long since finished the work I was originally interested in.
Power Home Remodeling got my number some how, and they call EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. It's an auto-dialing phone bank that transfers you to a telemarketer if you answer, but sometimes it doesn't transfer you and it's just silence. Also, they never leave a voicemail if I don't answer. It's remodeling telemarketer spam phone bank nonsense. I've asked to be taken off the list, and they just hang up.
4 times today alone they have called. No message, no voice, nothing. Once they called and the automated voice said they were calling to confirm the remodeling I had scheduled. Um, this is my employer's business...don't think I am remodeling it! Can't seem to reach a live person.
2 years ago I wanted an estimate on windows. They came in way too high and my husband has done the replacing himself. Now, every couple of weeks I get a call from this number. Once they actually responded. I requested to be removed from their phone list, but obviously that didn't work. Most of the time, the phone goes dead as soon as I answer. This is obnoxious and poor buisiness.
