This caller wants me to lower interest rates for my CC but I don't have one and when I tell them that and to remove my number they hang upon me. Here is the problem....They continue to call back. I have received over 15 calls in the last 2 months from them!!! I tried to redial the number but they hang up every time, please help me!!!?

I'm on both national and state do not call lists. They called and i asked to be removed, caller said "I do not know how to do that" I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transfered to a date line.

Repeat calls about lower rates for CC. Sometimes no one is there when I answer and other times they start talking and I tell them I'm not interested and I hang up. I'm on the no call list and these calls are getting more and more frequent and annoying.

I just filed a complaint with https://www.donotcall.gov. These people have plucked my last nerve. Starts with the recording, I stay on the line, and have begged them for the last year to take us off their list. Maybe the complaint will help. Suggest you all do the same..

.worst thing you can do is answer and try to get name off call list. That behavior verifies for them that they reached a person. .as for the do not call list, it has become ineffective because the penalties are below the caller's gains. Plus hard to get enough info to report abuser.

Repeat calls about lowering rates for Credit Cards. We have told them numerous times to stop calling that we're not interested and we hang up. We're on the Do Not Call List and these calls are getting more and more frequent and annoying. A huge penalty/find needs to be imposed on these scammers and the money given to the people they continue to harass

These calls are spoofed overseas numbers from various scammers. they are now getting numbers from th Do Not Call list! Contrary to the statement on the GOV DNC site saying, "No numbers on the Do Not Call Registry are being released to telemarketers and scammers. if you tell the gov you are going to solicit via phone and you want to be in complience with the DNC list, the telemarketer is required to download the Do Not Call list to remove the phone numbers from their list with. Once they download the list, an unscrupulous telemarketer will use the downloaded list to make calls since its all real and active numbers for mostly ppl who could fall for the scam. Like the elderly or slow. Plus they are perfect victims as they already fell for the first one, that is registering for a Do Not Call list thats is GIVEN to scammers, with zero enforcement.

Lower my credit card fees. They call our home number and our cell numbers and all are on the NO CALL LIST!!! We get 6 - 8 calls each month for the past 18 months. We file a complaint and they still call. We tell them we are on the no call list... do not call and they just hang up and call again. HARRASSMENT!!!

Was a recording about lowering my credit card debt. Pressed one to speak with someone and tell them that I am on the National do not call list. As soon as I told the b**ch that I'm on the do not call list, she immediately hung up on me. UGHHHH

scammers that won't stop calling. even if you try to be removed from their calling list, they will just hang up on you and keep calling.

Started with a recording o lower your interest rates and press 1. When I got connected they asked if I was in response to the credit card offer. I said actually, I would like to be removed from you list and not be called back....and they hung up on me before I could finish my sentence. I tried calling the number back and it is only busy. Pretty rude to hang up- this way they can legally keep calling back! Maybe we should all get voice recorders and get it documented and keep a log and then have our government work for us to crack down on these guys. I remember somewhere it was pretty easy that if they kept calling there was a government resource that would get you penalty money from them. Might have to start looking into it. I say good day.

They keep calling to get me to lower my cc interest rates. I tried telling them I don't have a cc and to take me off the list, but they called back. So I bought a whistle. Now, when they call, I press 1, just like they ask, and when someone comes on the other end, I just blow the whistle in their ear. I don't know if it will make them stop calling, but at least I now have the satisfaction of doing something about it!

they have been calling for the longest, i got one of them to take me off the do not call list, all you have to do is play along with them, but ask key questions first. Make sure you have a pen and paper handy and a video or audio recorder to tape the conversation. when they call, write down there name, and representative ID before even speaking to them after you obtain that write the date and time of the call. Then ask to be transferred to a supervisor. Once you have all of those in order, and they do not want to even try to help you, submit the recording and date time name and rep id to the proper authorities, it they we do this consistently we can successfully get them to stop harassing us

The Criminals are getting your numbers from the Do Not Call list! If you tell the Government that you are going to solicit via phone and you want to be in compliance with the DNC list, the telemarketer is required to download the Do Not Call list to remove the phone numbers from their list.
