this number 17164459734 had just texted me, stating i had won a gift certificate worth $1,000.00 for target. I do not know how this could be true concidering I do not shop at this store. IF I did however win, please place it in writing and mail it to my home. I would also like it to be certified with a manager's personal telephone number so I can call in reference to this certified letter.
