I received a text message from this number that my recent entry in a drawing had won a Target gift card for $1000.
I did not enter a drawing, nor did I give out my cell phone number.
Instead of www.target.com.thtt.biz. I checked the web for scams and found the above number has been reported.

I received a text message saying, "Your entry in last months drawing won you a FREE $1,000 Target Giftcard! Enter "443" at www.target.com.thtt.biz to tell us where to ship it." I did do a survey for Target so I thought that this was real but knew there was more to it. After finding this site with this same number and info I kow that it is a scam. Real funny...
