THIS SALES COMPANY KEEPS CALLING AND HARASSING ME STATING THEY WANT TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATES AND WON'T STOP CALLING ME.

Assuming this is a scam, not telemarketing because they include my card provider -- who obviously wouldn't lower my rates. Phone number keeps changing so I can't block it. This is so irritating.

These people call at least 3 times a day. Using different numbers I have press #3 to stop the calls. They keep coming. Today I pressed #1 to speak to an operator. She was very rude and didn't believe me when I said I didn't have a credit card!!! Said I was telling a lie, everyone has a card. I have at least 12 numbers that they use so far.

just called at 215pm and called us every day and up to 3 or 4 times a day

i had many calls from them and when pressing 1 to talk to them they will hang up on you once they find out that you are requesting them to stop calling you

You can press "3" to stop calls a million times yet they still call, so when you press "1" to talk to an operator to tell THEM to stop calling they hang up on you! This is a joke, been going on for almost a year! How do we stop them????

If you have time to kill jerk them around for a while. I kept one guy on the phone for over 10 minutes. I asked which card and said any. So I said I'd be back soon. Left him hanging for 3 or 4 minutes. Then I asked stupid questions for the remainder. It really pissed him off.

417-800-2317 is the Main Number for Card Holder Services, those idiots behind that Rachel lower your interest rate scam. They called me from this number the other day and I called it back and sure enough I got this telemarketing company that keeps calling and calling even though I asked them more than once to stop calling us.

Like one guy posted. Talk to their agent, ask a bunch of queations.Keep him on the phone until HE Hangs up. I'm afraid the do not call list is worthless. so just try to have some fun with their agent!

These people call at least once a day, even on weekends. Never leave a message and when I answer, they either hang up or are very rude when I ask them to stop callling. Pressing 3 doesn't work to stop the calls so I just ignore them now.

Pressing "3" to be removed from their list has no affect. When you talk to a live person about it, they hang up. Can't anyone pull their plug?

I've been getting calls from Card Services for over 3 years. You first get a recording from someone called Rachel. They won't stop calling. You can press one to speak to a live person. Sometimes I try and act like a customer and I am interested in what they want to say but they hang up. I'm not sure how they even make a profit doing that. Lately when I press one to speak to a live person once they answer the phone I just immediately call them names to provoke them. For some reason they respond to that. One guy asked me why I called him a **g and I told him he must like it because his company has been calling me for 3 years. Also when I *69 the number it is always a different number.

I also have started to hit "1" and jerked them around for as long as I can get away with. When you get to the "how much do you owe on your credit cards" I say that info is upstairs, can I go get it? Then I leave the phone laying there until they hang up. It ties up their lines and frustrates their agents. Pressing "3" doesn't help so we should all do this.
