I believe this is a prank, scammer, etc. 2nd time. number was 414-573-7992 sent on 7/7/12 at 5:36 AM. I want to report and complain about this call and number.

I also received a message that I won $1000 Target gift card, I have never entered a drawing. Is someone checking into this? The phone # 405-546-6587 got me to this site.

Received a text message 07-07-2012 at 11:27p.m. on my Pay-As-You-Go Emergency cell phone. No name just a text saying I won a $1k Target Gift card and to enter "210" at www.target.com.tltz.biz and we can ship it to you immediately. I don't believe it, since I don't use this phone for anything. It's on the TX State and Fed "do not call" lists. I don't enter contests from my cell phone, or use the internet on it either. I don't give this cell number to anyone. Maybe T-Mobile is selling it. Have a Blessed Day! :)
