Called about Energy Choice. A SMART MOUTH. When we asked him to send us something about the program in the mail, he said, "Okay, we'll just charge you the higher rate" and then hung up. The CEO of Energy Choice will be getting a letter about this.

Called my cell twice in the last two days and asked for the person who handled the Duquesne Light bill. As soon as I asked to be taken off the call list, they hung up.

They have been calling my house DAILY, several times a day for two weeks. I have asked many times, politely, to be taken off their call list.. They seem to be offering another electric company. I told them I DO NOT WANT TO CHANGE. Today I asked to speak with a manager and I was promptly disconnected. They are harassing with the telephone now, refuse to stop calling, and if you try to call them back, you get nowhere. This needs to be handled by the authorities.
