The recording started out stating it wasn't a sales call, but a survey. Sure sounds like a scam to me.  Why are these idiots allowed to keep operating?

They are scamming us and we have to more aware about these ppl...ask them where they work and their number and such they are keeping the phone down.

Called and told me I won a $1000 gift card to best buy -___-

Caller indicated I won a $1000 gift card to best buy. Caller had my address and obviously has my cell phone number. Called asked for credit card number. I hung up.
