I received a call - it was an automated message with a fog horn, but it was not trying to sell anything. It was a survey that, if completed, would give you two cruise tickets. There is an option to push 3 and be removed from the calling list.

They have been calling for months with no one on the other end of the line just a fog horn and a bogus cruise thing. I just want a way to make these calls stop help!!!!

I've been submitting complaints to the FCC here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088!createConsumer.action I recommend anyone getting calls from this number do the same. If they get enough complaints, maybe they'll take action and put a stop to this illegal and annoying activity.

It is the sound of a ship's fog horn, calls all times of the day and night on my home phone & cell phone. I have lots of medical issues and I do not sleep well because of sleep apnea and other issues and these calls or depressing me due to lack of sleep. PLEASE, make them stop.

I too got the obnoxious fog horn with the loud announcer saying something about a free cruise to the Bahamas. This was on my cell phone which, like others have said, I don't give out much. How they got it I do not know.

Continue to get unsolicited calls from this number with no message left and when returning calls to this number get an automated answering service with no ability to leave a message.

If you get a call from a 360 area code with a cruse ship honking its horn then call this number and give them youre number and the number that is calling you. This is a telemarketing scam that has been going on for years!!! These guys will not go away inless you call this number and report them. 971 404 4185

I understand and join in on your frustration. However, my phone is not pre-paid, and I have unlimted minutes - YET I receive as many annoying calls as you have. I don't know who is in on it, but whoever it is, they should go to the stocks in the town square, and let each of us have our turn with them. (Oh, how I wish we still had those!)

I never answer unknown or blocked numbers. A woman left a message, that they were going to file something, if I didn't return their call at 415-504-1170. I usually get the fog horn call.These people call all the time! I have noticed when I speak with Verizon Wireless, I usually get a call similar to this. When you call an 800, 866 and so on, they grab your number even if it is blocked. Feel free to block your number and call: 415-504-1170
