You garbage low life scavengers. Every day from numbers ALL OVER the U.S. STOP HARASSING people. You are like a street dogs after a ***** in heat. I have documented at least 50 BANK CARD SERVICE NUMBERS. YOU LOW LIFE SCURGE OF THE EARTH. LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE. GET REAL, NORMAL PEOPLE KNOW TO GO TO THEIR OWN BANK "PROPERLY" TO GET CREDIT IF THEY NEED IT. YOU ARE TRYING TO PREY ON THE ILLITERATE, YOU SCUM SUCKING PIGS.
My caller ID says "Bankcard Svcs." I ignore it most of the time; they call about twice a week with a recording that says they can lower my credit card debt (I have NO CREDIT CARDS). Usually, these companies get around the DNC laws by putting at the very end of the recording an option to press a button to have your number removed from their list. So, I listened all the way through. No such option. So, I pressed 1 to be connected to an agent and told her that I wanted to be removed from the list. She hung up on me.
360-322-6663 These people are scammers. I am on both the national Do Not Call list and my state's Do Not Call list and I still get these scam calls. My state's Attorney General's office is working to shut these scammers down when I talked in person with them in August 2012. They said it was very difficult to stop scammers like these people. Always check Caller ID first to see if it is someone you know and trust and if it is a business you either work for or do business with. Caller ID: BANKCARD SVCS Date: December 27, 2013 Time: 4:05pm ET

Automated msg stating can lower your credit card interest rate. They do not have any information on you. You have to provide them with all of the information. Since I am on the federal no call list, they never should have called my number. When I try to say something other than I want to take their services they hang up on me. If I don't answer, they never leave a message. As result of their poor business practices and fraudulent scam tactics, I report their number to the federal no call list with a complaint every time they call. My new call blocking system should take care of them in the future and I won't be annoyed by either continuous flagrant calling in violation of federal no call list.
Said he was with Card Services. Launched into the "how I can lower all of your interest rates" spiel. I questioned who he was, who he was calling for, asked what information he needed. I told him I had the flu and didn't want to deal with it today and hung up. Steven called back and said, "did you just hang up in my face like that? You know what? I can raise all of your rates, too! And I will." then he hung up. I plan to contact the authorities.
Tell your phone company you would like to file complaint for privacy violations which are being used to harass people throughout the united States, including yourselves. This is a disturbance of our peace and dignity of the general public at large. Stalkers!
BEWARE --- This number calls for one week, twice monthly. Each call is my "2nd, and final notice to lower CC interest as regards the govt stimulus ". Oh, pleeez! This has been going on for over two years. This call is reportedly coming from Eastern Europe, through Canada, then via burner phones in the USA. BEWARE! MAJOR PHISHERS.
We have a block supposedly on these scammer calls but I have contacted our phone co. and they say they cannot stop tele-marketers. They stop some of my friends from getting through. Go figure. I just got another call from 605-301-7232. Same thing except this one on caller i.d. says, Verification. Fr. THESE CALLS ARE SO ANNOYING AND I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO PICK UP THE PHONE AGAIN WHEN I DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER. Oh and when I have called back both of these numbers this morning, I was told to put my phone number in and it will take 72 hours for them to remove my number. We'll see.
No matter what excuse you make to harass people with, even soliciting or harassing phone calls is considered cyberstalking and electronic harassment even if done for readon you or your political party or company deem as necessary or allowed is still considered harassment either political harassment or corporate harassment. Even if the calls come from within or outside of the united states. No matter the excuse, it is harassment. It is solicitation, even advertisements are a form of harassment these days. So unless you want a national lawsuit against any company or politician or want to be labeled as corrupted businesses or corrupted politics, I highly suggest you reprogram your automated services or deactivate them and stop calling people unless you are reaching a customer with a previous concern. That's not negotiable in any way.
Am on no-call list for hard-wired and cell phones. Still get annoying hang up calls. Pity they couldn’t be charged for these pointless scamming calls. Those punitive fees could be used to lower my taxes, business taxes and then we would all be happy.
Cc services "with an important message to lower your cc rates as it relates to the financial stimulus.". I am on the DNC and have filed several complaints and will continue. These folks are trying to dupe consumers and they prey on the unsuspecting by throwing out ambiguous terms. This has nothing to do with the stimulus act or any federal agency. The option was to press a number to speak with a rep and there was no option to be deleted from future call lists. I imagine the CEO rewards aggressiveness/rudeness of the reps. How very sad.
I have been receiving calls daily for the last 4 days. 2 calls just today, a Sunday. I never answer numbers I do not know. They do not leave a message. How long will it take these idiots to move on? I suspect they have been trying to scam me for awhile. Every few weeks, I get called from a new number linked to a random location. We need more laws to protect us from scams and phishing.
