I keep getting a call from this number. The recording says they're calling about my account, and that there are no problems. They can help lower my interest rate. But, it never says what account they're talking about. I think it's a telemarketer & a scam.

Credit card scam. Calls about 3 times a week. There is an option to press 9 to be removed but they don't remove you.

Automated robo-dialer, went to my voicemail. Although they indicated they are my financial institution, they clearly are NOT as they never identify themselves by name, as my bank ALWAYS has. Multiple websites list this phone number as a credit-card scam. I have reported this infraction to the national DO NOT CALL registry. If enough people report them, maybe they can join some of the other recently jailed phone scammers.

I get this call 3-5 times a week. they don't always leave a message, but when they do, it's pertaining to my 'account'. But I don't have , and never have had a credit card! how can they lower my rates, when I don't have one? AND I am on the DoNotCall registry! My parents are elderly and cant always make it to the phone quickly, and are hard of hearing as well, so they dont always know what the call was even about. How do I stop theis kind of call?
