someone sounding like a very old lady , asking for Artie or something like that , she was very old sounding and sounded sick or infirm, it bothered me in that i thought it might be some relative of mine and i could not understand the voice , i held on to listen and put speaker on so friends around me could also here , finaly there was a hang up click, i was surprised when i found that others had been called by this same number today.

online pharmacy **** calls

Spamming calls on both my cell phone and land line have gotten so bad that I do not answer any of them if I do not recognize the number or if the caller id is blocked. It seems to be the same people using different numbers, because I keep blocking these numbers with my cell phone carrier, but the calls keep coming. This mess makes the DNC registry a fiasco and waste of taxpayer money.

We have Google to blame for this. They are giving away phone numbers with Google Voice. Now idiots from India can easily get a phone number from anywhere in the U.S. and make VOIP calls to us. And of course the caller ID shows a U.S. number. Stupid Google should stop handing out Google Voice numbers so easily. It's virtually limitless. You can get as many phone numbers as you want and its free. Maybe if there was a monthly fee that Google would charge, then maybe these idiot Indian guy smight think twice before applying for a number

Just called my cell phone a few minutes ago. Called me yesterday, too. Hung up when I answered. "Do Not Call Registry" is a farce. Doesn't work and complaints are ignored.

Just hang up if I answer. Have called 3 times. The last time I answered LA Police Dept. What is your emergency. They just hung up. Maybe they will stop now.
