phone number calls incessantly trying number after number.  due to the nature of our work, we must answer all incoming phone calls.  the time taken to answer these calls detracts from the availability of our agents.

He said I owed money to Parma Hospital from a year ago. He had my social security number, my date of birth and of course my phone number. He wanted to make arrangements for payment. I told him I didn't get medical service from Parma Hospital. He said "How do think I got your personal information?" I said "I don't know, your probably a crook." He said, "OK ,you have a good day.", and hung up the phone.

Keep calling with computer voice asking for my name. If I don't answer no message is left. The call continues atleast once a week. They ask for my first name then my middle initial (which they have incorrect) and my last name. Then proceed to say they are collecting a debt. Call them back. No other information is available.

This company is the Revenue Group. It is an automated call. It takes about 3 min before you get to the actual message then it tells you to call Edward Martin @ 877-672-0363

The nice person immediately offered to reduc my debt from 2,341 dollars to 50. dollars if I gave him my Mastercard numbers - the ones on the front and back. He would use it and I would get a receipt in the mail for the 50 dollars. And he said he qwould send me a letter saying that my debt was paid in full and I was no longer in collection. Such a nice man. I gave him my card information and he hung up on me. Did I make a mistake trusting him?

Thank you for the info. The Revenue Group is correct. They are a medical collections group.
