They continually call me looking for another person who I have repeatedly told them I do not know and to remove my number from their call list. They claim to be in the middle of some litigation with this woman who has some court proceeding against her. I did call this number back as I have done before and left them a message stating I was filing complaints against their company.
This is probably a collection agency but consider them scammers. They may this fraudulant calls telling lies about litigation and courts and restraining orders just to get you to call. That is against the law. If you want them to stop calling you, answer the phone and/or call them back. *Be pleasanat* Do not give them any information but tell them you are recording the call and this is their official notice to stop calling this number or any number they have associated with you. Tell them you don't care what the situation is that is so important. If they want to contact you again, they must do so by postal mail. If they do call again, they will be reported to the State Agency for unlawful conduct. In a simliar situation I was in, they sent a collection letter to me. I replied with a request for validation of debt. They never contacted me again.
they keep harrassing me saying that theres a complaint being filed against me and that theres a restraing order, that my attorney or/myself have 24 hrs to contact their litigator or further action such as an arrest warrant will take place and go into affect,
Yeah they call daily saying the same thing....for like the last 2 months...If I had 48 hours, wouldnt you have done something by now if you really had all of my info....ITS BEEN LIKE TWO MONTHS!! Dumb. Another scam that fails to make it...
They keep calling me and telling me that there is an action and a restraining order being filed against me. And like a lot of other people, they tell me that I or my attorney have 48 hours to contact them. This is ridiculous. We should be able to something about this.
The call starts out with an automated voice saying that there is a lawsuit against me and I need to call along with my attorney. They do say my name. Then, the voice says to speak to a litigater I need to press 9. I did just for the heck of it and was on hold for several minutes. I spoke with a woman who asked my name and then she asked about my Social security number. I would not give it out! I wish they would leave me alone!
called me saying there was a suit filed againstme and I need to contact them back or i will be serves a summons to appear in court. Called the number back and it staus LRS LITIGATION and there is a vm saying the box is full leav a number or call back ,definate SCAM IM THINKING
They left a computer generated voice message on my answering machine, telling me me I have between 24 and 48 hours to respond to them. I have a restraining order, and next litigation against myself. I smelled a scam when I first heard the message. When I can, I will call the number, telling them if I am to have litigation against me, where is my paperwork, and to provide me with paperwork. Otherwise, I will track them down, and start the process of suing them.
They left a message on my phone about a restraining order asking for me or my atty to contact them @ the matter, I called back and the mailbox was full. Couldnt leave a message ....is this legit? How come I haven't been contacted by mail or court? If this is a scam they should be punished and held accountable for harrassment.
a message on my cell phone was left saying, that i or my lawer had 24 to48 hrs to get ahold of them, that i had a restrainng order agenst me. so i called the number that was left on my phone to call back, the first time the answer machine picked up and i pressed 5 sending them a page to call me back. the second time i called a man answer the phone and hong up. the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th thime i keeped pressing 5, no calls back, but i am going to keep calling back untill i talk to someone, i want to hear what they got to say, thay want to play games, i can play games to. this stated happening 1-29-2013.
I have received similar calls from this same number and was told that the similar story about being sued for double the amount of the money which total of 1300,00 was willing to negoiate for 665.00. I was suppose to call and start making payments of 50.00 per payday and I could put it on a prepaid debit card. Same story voicemail is always full and when I asked for some paperwork said they couldn't provide with anybody which makes me even more suspicious of them. I had a similar incident with with another company but they however did send me paperwork through my email confirming the agreement we made. Called today because I want something in writing if thats case still cannot get a hold of them..
I recently went into a reverse phone look up for the phone number listed above and it belongs to a Karen E, Coombs address was listed at 1590 Elaine Ct. ,West Palm Beach Fl, 33411 it was through a verizon wirless phone system. The are trying to scam you so do not give out any personal information or verify social security number at all just trying to get money out of you. If it was legit they would be giving you copies of when and where the legal files were filed. Plus it would come thorugh the Court System where you reside.
The left message much like the ones above - recorded message - regarding a restraining order, and 24-48 hours to have attorney call them. Sabrina says traced to someone in West Palm Beach FL but the number itself is an Ohio number. They definitely need to be stopped - I did call back to see what they would say to me, says mailbox full.
