The recording is calling daily wanting me to call. What or whose business office is not identified.

Number goes to a "Marshall Cross" who claims to be a process server. Said I had a court summons to be served on me in a state I only lived 2 months in.

This person keeps leaving me messages saying he's a process server and if I don't call him back he will come find me at work, call my supervisor, friends and family until he hunts me down. I don't know who he really is. Does anyone know?? This is a bit scary to me.

'Marshall Cross' just called me at work, on my cell, my friend's house AND my parent's house. Stated he was a process server who had a summons he wanted to serve me but didn't want to 'cause a scene' at my workplace. Needless to say, this has freaked my mother out. I am ticked off. This is a scam and this person has reached out to people I care about. Find this person and stop them!
