Darn debt collectors. I have told them a million times to stop calling because the person they are looking for DOES NOT LIVE HERE. They are pretty dumb because they keep calling me regardless. I will be contacting my attorney general if they don't stop. It is quiet annoying!!!

they called claiming that I was in default of student loans, so I hung up and called sallie mae, I wasn't in default. These people are liars, they also threatened to start garnishing my wages.

These a-holes have been calling me for months. I am up to date on every bill and I paid off my student loans years ago. They have no reason to call me yet they do it anyway. Sometimes I get pre-recorded messages looking for someone I don't even know. Today, I got so angry I called back and went on a profanity laced tirade to the poor woman who answers the phones for them. I screamed at her to take my number out of the data base. Of course, I am betting that the calls will continue. The DCS office that called me uses the number listed above and is located at the following address: Diversified Collection 1080 S Harlan Rd, Lathrop, CA 94551 I have learned that the parent company for these jerks is called Performant Financial Corporation. These idiots keep calling my cell phone. I used to have an account with them, and due to illness and losing my job I had to file bankruptcy. Now they are calling me claiming they're looking for someone with a different name. I just told the guy today that if they continue to call me since I have already filed bankruptcy, I'll be contacting a lawyer as they are not supposed to call you after you file. They are trying to get around the law by claiming they're looking for someone else.

I keep getting these phone calls from this number with no message left. I get them sometimes 3 times a day then they will stop for a few days and always with no message left. I only have one student loan out and am current on this. Pretty darn annoying...

Ive gotten several calls from this number on my cell phone and it comes across as a mobile number , theres never a message left and other than seeing the number on the caller id. i have no idea who or what im returning a call to or about . Very bad business practices in my opinion and if i truly owe $ , leave me a **** message so i can call joe-schmoe back and take care of it .

They call claiming to be friends of our neighbors... Asking if I knew Steven and Donna next door... I said no and he continued to ask are you sure you don't know them... Jerk
