You most likely use Medco Pharmacy, and they were calling regarding a Rx refill. THey send me emails that I have an autofill Rx being filled, so have no idea why they call and will not leave a message. It is probably HIPPA laws that prevent them from leaving a message without speaking to the person who owns the Rx.
I get phone calls from this number and no one talkes and they do not leave a message. After web search, it appears this number is tied to a Medco Mail Order Pharmacy. I do use them for prescription mail order. I have contacted them and the are unwillling to do anything about these calls. Thank yo.
You are getting these calls because you have requested automatic prescription refills from Medco. If you don't want auto refills, go to their website, log on and change your settings. They only call because you have set the account up in this manner.
This is Express Scripts (Medco joined them). The really bad thing is they call frequently (Medco never did). Their machine gives you the name of the person they are calling and asks if you are that person. They you then put on hold for a long time until they have time to talk to you. Sorry, Express Scripts, when you call me at the time of YOUR CHOICE, and expect me to drop whatever I am doing and sit on hold you are telling me that, in your opinion, your time is valuable and mine is not. I called them and complained and told them them that I would not ever wait on hold when they called me. They said that, in that case, they would not fill my prescriptions. I can get 90 day prescriptions locally at the same price. Bye bye Express Scripts.
Turned out to be Express Scripts, but they don't do a good job of identifying themselves, and when they do, you cannot understand the "computer voice"! I don't have time to sit and wait on them either. There's a better way, but they haven't "found" it yet!!
