It was a generic message. I spoke to an employee who refused to either identify the business name or their employee name. This is a blatant abuse of an auto-dialer.   Thank you for your help in advance.

Actually I haven't received a call from this number but I did receive an email from Matt Williams and he listed this phone number to call. I however do not owe the company he listed and I sent him an email requesting verification and valadation. I do believe that this is just a new kind of scam that someone is starting.

I too received an email form a Matt Williams claiming to be a collection agency. This is nothing more then a poorly thought up SCAM. Do not reapond to this person! There are very simple ways you can see this is a con job. For starters, you will notice that in the email they do not address you by name at all. Next, there is no account or reference number, they dont list your phone number or address and ofcourse the time period they tell you you must respond within is quite frankly laughable. I repeat,do not indulge these people . Responding to them in any way only gives them more information about you that they can use to manipulate you.
